One Faith: The Creed and the Christian Life

Jesus said to baptize in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Early Christians were asked at baptism if they believed in this triune God, and they answered with a word: credo—“I believe.” These are the roots of the Apostles’ Creed, one of the earliest and best summaries of the Christian faith. But what does this ancient creed have to offer us so many miles and centuries from where it began? What could it mean for walking with Jesus here and now?
